"Although I’ve had fantastic experiences with RS Andrews in the past I must say this one was disappointing My original window was 10-2. Just prior to 2pm I received a text stating the technician is taking longer than expected on his previous call Understandable and no problem Shortly after 2 pm I got another text stating the tech was “on the way”. I also got a phone call stating the same Great Over 90 minutes later another text stating he was still at the previous stop (we’re at 3:50 pm now for my 10 am - 2 pm window) Called customer service who contacted dispatch who said they would get in touch with the tech Around 5 pm the tech called stating he could be at our home at about 7:30-8:00 After initially agreeing I again called customer service to cancel/ reschedule figuring there even if he were to arrive at 7:30 it would be at least 2 hours till he was done, probably tired, hungry and maybe prone to error My new window is scheduled for next week"

"I purchased a Nest Thermostat and it took 3 people to get it working properly. It was set on a setting that I did not know how to adjust. I work at night and I needed it be cold when I sleep. Because it could not detect movement it reversed to the hotter temperature. The 3rd person I had come out I asked that he check the settings. He said that he would clean the outside unit and that of course did not help. The manager came out and detected that the setting was incorrect and since then I have not had any problems. I thought it was ridiculous that no one could help with the nest."
