"The only thing that was done somewhat "right" was the flat roof replacement, which has some minor low spots (pooling) near the gutters. During the window replacement, the somewhat intricate interior trim around windows was replaced with a generic trim, which required a 6-months long delay to acquire only after pointing out the contract states the same trim will also be replaced, and then actually paint. Then, they "forgot" about finishing my job until I escalated. Because the original trim was removed, other trim from windows needed to be harvested. The painted trim doesn't match - which I repainted myself. Rooftop patio membrane replacement was poor, and has a significant pooling issue. While replacing the membrane, the workers broke a line on the new air conditioning system, in the middle of summer. There were other issues, too."

"I have used Exterior Medics for 2 jobs in my house. The first was for a leak around the flashing over the kitchen that was allowing water to come through the kitchen cabinets when it rained. Haven't had a leak since. The other was to replace my 5 inch gutters with 6 inch gutters because the 5 inch gutters couldn't handle heavy rains. I would hire then again - they were such a blessing."

"The process of receiving a quote was extremely thorough and professional. The project was detailed in the proposal with clear information and expectations. All of the Exterior Medics staff we encountered during the process were friendly and professional. The biggest issue was a lack of communication regarding the installation timeframe. The time between our deposit and installation was longer than expected, and we had to call for updates. The delay is understandable giving COVID-19, but more communication would have been appreciated. Another issue we encountered was the failure to secure a door with the proper cut-outs for our alarm system enabled strike plate. This resulted in us having to pay an additional fee to a locksmith to make the door operational, despite clearly outlining the requirement of the strike plate in the contract. Finally, we were satisfied with the overall quality of the door installation. Exterior Medics staff worked quickly and maintained a very safe and clean worksite."

"I had had some water issues in the lower level of my townhouse. The sales person was very thorough in his assessment. The workers came when they were scheduled and left the place looking nice. The Masonry crew seemed thorough in their work - they found a damaged brick which they replaced and they also took the initiative to power wash the sidewalk and the back patio. Really looked great after they were done. The gutter crew arrived a bit late from an earlier job, but they stayed late to complete the installation of my new larger gutters. The water issues in lower lever are no longer present. :)"

"Exterior Medics should have been my first phone call. I had a water leak issue with the exterior of my home. Another contractor came out and wasn't able to figure out the problem. Chris from EM came out for an assessment and was very thorough, getting on the roof and checking the attic to determine where the problem could be coming from. After reviewing the photos with his team, a plan was presented via Zoom which we agreed upon. Tony, the Project Manager, kept me informed with scheduling and throughout the entire process. Javier completed the work in the same day, even though it was dark by the time it was done due to the early sunset this time of year. Tony followed up after the work was complete to make sure there were no further problems. Great team effort from Exterior Medics and my water issues are no more."
