After a recent horrendous storm, one window developed a leak along the top of the window. I sent photos and lots of questions to Crystal because these windows have held up extremely well. I discovered several small gaps in the stuuco around the frame. I explained to Crystal that it appeared my neglected maintenance contributed to the issue as I could not see a defect in the window. She scheduled her master installer, Robby, to check the issue. Not only did Robby bring the products needed to reapir the drywall and stucco, he showed me how to correctly apply the products, not once, but on five of our windows. His knowledge is absolutely impressive as a master craftsman. He shared tips on how to maintain the windows. As a senior citizen with no trades experience, his straightforward explanations have given me the confidence to do this maintenance. You will not be disappointed with Weathersby windows and doors. Their products are very durable. Our windows still function just like new.
