"This project took nearly a year to complete. I do not entirely blame Windows Plus. This was during COVID. I knew it would take a long time to get the windows, but they didn't come with the correct screens. This took months to resolve and I really can't tell who dropped the ball here. To be fair, they discounted some of the project and overall, I Amy happy with the outcome."

"The first time I used Windows Plus was to replace a sliding glass door. I was pleased and contracted with them again to replace 10 windows. I had issues from the start and would not recommend them. I had to make several calls to get them to come out to measure the windows. They never confirmed the order from the window supplier. It took almost 4 months to the windows to be installed and it was only because I called to check on the status. A couple of windows are leaking. They came to check. He quickly poked his head out the window and said that the windows were caulked and installed correctly. The leak must be coming from the siding. I did not have this leak with my old windows and don't feel that he really investigated. I have called the person responsible for repairing the windows again but received no response. I would not use them again."
