Our sales person, Jason, gave a great presentation, demonstrating the quality of the product, and explaining the installation and cleanup. He urged us to go to the showroom to see the product in action, which we did. It was very impressive to see how easily the windows opened and closed. He was very patient as we got estimates from other companies; not pushy at all. He gave us time to check out the competition, and answered all our questions. Once we ordered, we were frequently updated with the production of our windows. The scheduler was great because we had to change our initial date because my husband needed urgent surgery. He scheduled us for a week later - I was afraid that we would get pushed back a month or more, but that was not the case. When I explained that due to my husband's surgery, he could not move any furniture at all, the head of installation assured me that the crew would move whatever we needed. We really appreciated that courtesy. The cleanup was beyond my expectation....the guys washed my floors when they were done! I would recommend Next Door & Window to anyone who wants quality windows, from an honest company."

"After tens of thousands of dollars spent, job REMAINS INCOMPLETE. Approximately one week after the sale, learned from folks who remeasure that lentils above windows & doors which were previously wrapped with aluminum siding would no longer be covered. And, that two basement windows we decided not to trim (in utility room) would need to be tuck pointed again. Good thing these folks pointed this out to us. Thrn they sent a separate measurement guy to confirm the measures were correct … Then I had to wait for them to be made … Then my new window STILL came in 4” off and could not be installed. They measured again and reordered a new window … Then I had to wait 2 more MONTHS for the 2nd new window to cone in. All in all it took from April to November - SEVEN FULL MONTHS - to get 2 windows & a door installed. I didn’t even get an apology for their mistake. No understanding at all."

"The glass did not fit the storm door and had to be re-ordered, so the screen was installed instead of glass. The storm door was deflective - there were gaps in the corner seams so bad you could see daylight through them. Then the screen literally came detached from the frame. I'm not sure how this even made it through Quality Control."

Do yourself a favor, if you have this company install any doors, windows. Grab yourself a good book a glass of wine and you will not have to be concerned or worried about the final outcome.
