"Everyone I spoke to was very nice and responsive. The work started about 2 weeks after signing a contract. They came several times to bring roof samples. They started work as promised, with a large crew that worked SO hard for 2 long 13 hour days. The yard looked spotless, no nails or debris left behind. The crew happily made one small change at my request. The crew to install the gutters came two days later and did a great job too. We love the new roof and gutters!!"

"I did not have a good experience with the crew and their manager during the install. Clean up was done very poorly. Also it should not have taken 11 hours to install a roof on a townhouse. I had to finally ask them to complete the job as they were just talking among themselves. The gentleman who was supposed to be in charge did not adequately communicate with me by phone on install day. When I did speak to him after a complaint to a Nu look staff person the next day, he was argumentative and defensive. Very unprofessional."

What us New Yorkers call “good people”, Sandy our scheduler was great! Friendly and kind and on task. Our Project Manager, Kevin kept us informed and checked on us periodically. The roofers, trim and gutter techs were all professional, efficient and hard working. We had quite a few neighbors peeking about. We went from the worst looking house to the BEST!
