They left the house n far better shape than I expected after window replacement - the was expecting to need to do a lot of paint touch-up but I didn’t. They were also very considerate of our health and safety during the installation which was greatly appreciated."

Didn't disclose multiple things that affected the project until it was nearly complete like that they weren't finishing /insulating the other side of a wall they closed in when removing a door. Ordered the wrong door, miscommunication between PM's, installed gutters incorrectly, under ordered shutters, wrapped my garage door incorrectly and to top it all off they hit a wire and are refusing to pay my electrician fairly for the exploratory work he did. Nails and construction scrap, Everywhere, still picking them up daily over a month after project completion."

"I wouldn’t recommend Bruin to my worst enemy. Completely unprofessional! The crew looked like they were picked up at the pine street inn. No shirts or uniform. My neighbors wanted to call the police. Bitch moan and complain every time I saw them. Then they cut my internet line even though it was marked and pointed out to the “Forman”. It’s a one level ranch that took 3 months to complete. Shoddy work and they even left a gallon jug that they peed in behind. Shall I go on?"
