"While the service was great initially, got rid of a rat trapped in the house right away and did the outside exclusion also, their service after that has stunk! Promises to come back with better bait and live traps…hasn’t happened. They don’t show up on a regular basis! I still have rats running around my yard!!! I paid a large sum of money to get rid of these things and they are still here !"
