"This spring, TruTech did not spray consistently the areas of carpenter bee infestation. As a result woodpeckers have damaged trim around house where eggs were laid. The new technician did not check the areas where we’ve had infestation in the past. When I contacted TruTech by phone nobody ever returned my call. This is poor service and I cannot recommend it to others."
