Great communication from the beginning - the office and the techs can text which is super helpful to schedule things/ask questions during a busy workday. Furthermore, their techs are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Jack came out today for both pest and rodent control. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions very patiently. He is also very considerate - for example, he offered to wear shoe covers upon entering the house, which I really appreciate. Jamal did the initial consultation - my husband was at the house for it, but Jamal took the time to give me a call separately to follow up and explain everything to me as well (when he did not have to!). Overall great company with very easy communication, scheduling, and very quick responses!

We had a great experience with North Fulton Pest Solutions for our termite inspection! Jack was awesome—he was extremely thorough with the inspection, took the time to explain everything clearly, and had a great, positive attitude throughout the entire visit. We switched to North Fulton Pest Solutions a couple years ago for our quarterly whole house pest control and have been 💯 satisfied. Joe makes scheduling easy, is reliable, responsive, and communicative. He has consistently kept our home pest free. Most recently our dog brought home a flea issue and Joe again gave us the personal attention we wanted with the urgency we needed. Highly recommend!

Quincy has been absolutely fantastic! He’s always professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough with his work. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right—he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything is handled properly. Since he’s been taking care of our home, we’ve seen a huge improvement. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands.
