Salesman Dan D, confirmed that we could get an oil rubbed bronze faucet to match our kitchen. Paid in full, our mistake, however, we knew Dan and trusted him to take care of us.\nNov 18 2025, installation tech shows up as scheduled and he has a black gloss finish faucet. Told him no, wrong faucet. He went and met his supervisor to swap for the correct one. He opened the new faucet, it’s brown, not bronze. We both agreed it didn’t match. He called his boss, I was asked to let him install and the faucet would be swapped out. I was told to order one and I would be credited. Not feeling comfortable with that, I reached out to Dan, he said he would talk to his boss. I never heard back from anyone.\nNov 19, 2025, messaged Dan, no response\nNov 20, 2025, husband called. Dan said  that he would contact his boss. No return call\nDec 9 2025, husband calls again. Dan is surprised we haven’t heard from his boss and said he would contact him again.\nIt’s now January 11 2025. No contact, no promised matching faucet.\nThis company does not follow through and is only interested in selling their equipment, not making their customers happy.
