Gary and Austin did a great job removing a volunteer Elm tree that came up very close to our house and rosé bushes. They arrived on time and were very friendly and careful. When we first called ArborScape, it was easy to get a free estimate quickly. They got us on the schedule to remove the Elm tree quickly. They employee professional veterans and offered a senior discount. Great experience start to finish. Thank you, and thank you for your service! Before and after photos attached.

Highly recommend ArborScape Trees! I have used ArborScape since 1995 and have always had a great experience. Austin and Gary came out after a snow storm and did an amazing job cleaning up and caring for our trees. They truly went above and beyond and made sure everything was done the right way for the health of the trees, not just a quick cleanup. They were very friendly, professional, and timely throughout the whole process. We really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail!

It's a big decision to remove a big old tree, but ArborScape made the process painless. Thanks to Jeff for his guidance and to Austin, Gary and crew for getting the job done efficiently and professionally. They arrived promptly, with their clean, beautiful equipment and finished in less time than anticipated. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. I was glad to learn that they will also grind the stump (not everyone does that).

I have been using ArborScape for a number of years. Today Austin serviced my property with his crew Gary AND London. Austin called when he was on his way. They were actually 10-15 minutes early. We went over what was to be done and then they went about trimming all the shrubbery in my back yard. When they were done all cuttings were picked up and you would never have known anything was done except the shrubbery looked great ready for another Summer. Austin went over the work order and confirmed they would be leaving and I would receive my bill. I recommend ArborScape highly. They are the best.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is beyond deserved. Austin and his partner Gary with ArborScape blew me away. I got to see firsthand the level of care, precision, and professionalism they bring to their work, and it was impressive. They didn’t just “do the job” — they treated each tree in my yard like it mattered, every cut was intentional, and every detail like it reflected a specific need. Austin’s knowledge as an arborist really shows. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the health of the trees and the safety of the property. Gary matches that energy completely — hardworking, focused, and just as committed to doing things the right way. They were efficient, clean, respectful of the property, and left everything looking better than I could’ve imagined. It’s rare to find people who take this much pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. They even spent time after to discuss my neighbor’s trees, and did so with great enthusiasm and knowledge. If you’re considering any tree work at all, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. ArborScape shows true craftsmanship. — Heather
