I highly recommend Top Tier Trees! They provided a very competitive quote for removal and pruning, but what really won my business was their willingness to accommodate my timing. I needed the work completed within a week, and Thomas Jolliff really went to bat with the scheduling team to find a spot for us. The crew was communicative, professional, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything afterward. Thomas even followed up after the work was complete to make sure I was happy with everything. Great experience from start to finish—I’d definitely recommend Top Tier Trees!

I cannot recommend Top Tier Trees enough. Thomas Jolliff and his team are truly second to none. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the work and comfortable every step of the way. We had a beautiful, very large oak tree in our backyard that was unfortunately dying and needed to come down. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in coming up with a plan to remove it safely while minimizing damage to our property. He took the time to walk us through everything, answer our questions, and make sure we understood what to expect. The entire team worked incredibly hard. They even removed a portion of our fence to safely access the tree and put it back perfectly, as if it had never been touched. At one point, thunder and lightning rolled in, and they handled the situation professionally and safely while still making sure the job was wrapped up within the day. Because of the size of the equipment needed, one of our cypress trees in the side yard was going to be damaged. Thomas discussed it with us beforehand and immediately offered to replace it, along with reseeding any grass affected during the removal. True to his word, they were back within a week and a half to replace the tree and reseed the yard. They also ground the massive oak stump, and looking at our backyard now, you would hardly know there had ever been a tree there. What really sets Top Tier Trees apart is the level of care they put into their work. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable, has a genuine passion for what he does, and has been an amazing thought partner as we’ve considered what to do with our trees and landscaping moving forward. He and his team don’t just show up, do the job, and leave. They care about the property, the end result, and making sure their customers are happy. Five stars without hesitation. We will absolutely use Top Tier Trees again and recommend Thomas and his team to anyone looking for tree services!

The arborist, Chapman, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the options for a large pine tree removal. Thier price was competitive and reputation amoung friends/neighbors was excellent. The green crew came on time, ready to go with all the equipment, and did a walk through with me. The tree came down safely and they were careful with the surrounding trees/shrubs. I am very impressed with every aspect of Top Tier Tree service and will recommend them highly.

Top Tier Trees removed a couple of large trees today and our experience was beyond fantastic. They arrived at 11:00 and were completely finished by 3:30, leaving no trace that they were here. With apologies to Servpro, our front and back yards look “like it never even happened!” Starting with our initial meeting with Chapman Wheeler, Top Tier Trees has exceeded every expectation. Thank you for the unmatched quality of your service, the skill and courtesy of your crews, and the professionalism of your office and sales staffs. You’re the best!

I would give 100/5 stars if I could! I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Top Tier Trees - with a HUGE shoutout to Chapman! He truly made my day (and maybe even year). I would recommend him and Top Tier Trees to anyone searching for honest, professional, kind, and prompt service. My neighborhood planted trees that aren't ideal for the location and one had completely blocked the pathway to my front door. Chapman took the time to explain what type of tree it was, walk me through my options, and ultimately advised that it should be removed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. Since it was a small job that could be handled quickly with a hand saw, he told me he wouldn’t feel right sending a crew and charging for a large or complex job. He happened to have a hand saw and space in his trunk, so he offered to take care of it on the spot—at no charge. That level of honesty and service is almost unheard of. The entire interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Chapman truly went above and beyond. In a time when that kind of integrity is rare, it meant a lot—he took just a few minutes, but it made a huge difference for me. I will absolutely bring any future business to this company and recommend them to all my friends and family. Top Tier Trees—give Chapman a raise! You’ve earned my loyalty and highest recommendation.
