Best Pick Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If you are dissatisfied with the work performed by a certified Best Pick company, Best Pick Reports will work with the company to resolve the issue. If the company is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, Best Pick Reports will reimburse you for up to $2,500 in labor costs, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Best Pick Guarantee, all of the following must be true:

1. Initial contact through official channels. Your first contact with the company must have been made through one of the following: the company's phone number listed in the Best Pick Reports Guide, the contact form on BestPickReports.com, or the Best Pick App.
2. Registration. You must register for the Best Pick Guarantee by completing the registration form at bestpickreports.com/guarantee.
3. Timely claim submission. You must submit a claim to Best Pick Reports within 45 days of the final service date using our online claim submission form.
4. Full payment. You must have paid the company in full for the work performed before submitting a claim.
5. Willingness to allow resolution. You must be willing to allow the company to attempt to resolve the issue through additional work.
6. First dispute resolution method. The Best Pick resolution process must be the first dispute resolution method you attempt, aside from direct contact with the company.

Mediation and Resolution Process

Upon receiving a valid claim, Best Pick Reports will initiate a mediation process to facilitate resolution between you and the company. During this process:

• You must participate in good faith and cooperate with Best Pick Reports throughout the mediation process.
• You must provide any documentation requested by Best Pick Reports, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, photographs, and correspondence with the company.
• Best Pick Reports will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a resolution, but the final outcome is at Best Pick Reports' sole discretion.

Reimbursement Details

If the company is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, Best Pick Reports may reimburse you subject to the following:

• The maximum reimbursement is the lesser of the invoiced labor costs or $2,500.
• Estimate visits and material costs are excluded from reimbursement.
• Reimbursement amounts are determined at Best Pick Reports' sole discretion.

Limitations

• Disputes that are unrelated to the quality of work performed are excluded from the Best Pick Guarantee.
• Best Pick Reports reserves the right to suspend or revoke the Best Pick Guarantee at any time and at its sole discretion.
