I had a wonderful experience with Eddie and Carlos today. They were the consummate professionals, who thoughtfully explained every detail of what needed to happen to fix my sprinklers. I felt like their process was super transparent and customer focused. They truly went above and beyond. I will be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.

Chad and Jose were amazing. The repairs ended up costing a lot but Chad worked with me to give me the honest read of what was necessary and what could wait/be skipped. They were very professional. Chad answered lots of questions that I had. They weren’t in a rush and did the job right. They showed me what wasn’t work and also how it looked when it was fixed. Their tune-up/check-up seemed thorough. As for the company, I liked that they have a per-job pricing than hourly. It probably costs the same (in some cases maybe more) but I like knowing the full cost rather than a parts per hourly rate where I don’t know how fast the tech will work.

Alan was very thorough and very honest. He gave me 2 estimates, one with the highest priority repairs and one with all necessary and the nice to do repairs. Alan and his crew were able to complete all the repairs in the same day. It took several hours but they also reviewed the entire process before, during and after and said if there were problems they would be right back out. They put the lawn back together before they left and it was almost impossible to tell they had dug up anywhere. The prices are higher than other companies but you do get what you pay for and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Andy’s and the technician Eddie did a great job. Replaced 11 pop up heads and 2 rotors and identified and fixed a leaky pipe all in ~2 hours. The installs were clean and look better than when the home was built. My coverage is fixed and they verified watering times for my rain bird system. I signed up for the maintenance program because they did such an outstanding job id gladly have them back the next time I have an issue. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable/professional. Highly recommend Andy’s for your sprinkler needs and glad I was referred by their sister company Real Green lawn in Austin.
