Awesome company to work with from the initial measurements and sells pitch by Erik S (& Chris L) to the personal attention of the project manager Eric H to the dedicated professional workmanship of the installers Doug, Scott & Ryan everything detail was superb. They were able to start a couple days ahead of schedule and finished on the timeline we were given. Doug the crew manager addressed every question or concern we had on the spot. The house looks great and we are completely satisfied. It was a big investment but one that will last for many years to come.

They fixed a section of my roof and replaced my gutters recently. G. Did an excellent job giving the flat section of my roof a solid base, he also installed an exhaust vent. So now water drains straight into the gutters and down to the ground. If you are looking to replace your roof or gutters these guys are the best in the whole King co. Hands down. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive and they know their stuff. Management is very professional. Its a company that has worked their way up And I would totally recommend them for any exterior project you may have in mind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mark G. drove two hours one way just to give me a siding estimate. Two hours. Each way. I've had people bail on a 15-minute drive. And he didn't rush it once he got here. He walked me through the product with actual samples, broke down Polar Bear's installation process step by step, and even showed me a job they did ten years ago that still looks brand new. Then he walked my whole house and pointed out temporary fixes I could do to keep water out until the siding gets replaced. Yeah, I know, salesman doing salesman things. But there's a difference between someone trying to sell you something and someone who actually takes the time to help, and Mark was the second kind. I came out of it knowing way more about my own house than I did that morning. If you get Mark, you're in good hands. Mahalo, Mark!
