ACE was hired by the previous owners to replace our roof. They did an excellent job and the house looks amazing. After we moved in we hired ACE to install four roof vents. No issues or leaks.

From working with the estimator Tony to the owner John, everyone communicated well and the team worked extremely well together. They’re flexible to work with, have positive attitudes and stand behind their work. Working on installing a roof on a second building that I own now.

Our salesperson, Matt, was knowledgeable, patient, and spent considerable time explaining the roofing options and installation process. We were offered a choice of roof tile manufacturers and models, and we selected both our roof tile and rake tile based on the options presented. The tear-off phase went quickly and without major issues. We also hired Ace Pro Roofing to coordinate the installation of roof-to-wall hurricane clips during the tear-off. Ace Pro brought in a retrofit contractor to perform that work. After the roof had been installed, it was discovered that some of the clips had been installed upside down, contrary to the manufacturer's installation requirements. However, that was an issue with the retrofit company and not Ace Pro Roofing. During installation of the secondary water resistance (SWR) layer, a worker pulled on a vent pipe, which disconnected both the vent and our washing machine drain from the sewer connection. The next time we ran the washer, the laundry room flooded. To their credit, Ace Pro responded promptly and repaired the plumbing damage. The biggest disappointment involved the rake tile. We specifically selected rake tile when choosing our roofing materials because our existing roof had rake tile. However, after the roof was completed, no rake tile had been installed. I was later told that rake tile could not be installed because codes have changed and our home does not have a required fascia which would have been nice to know before we selected the roofing system so that we could have chosen a different tile or discussed other options. Overall, my impression is that Ace Pro Roofing is a large company that keeps projects moving on a tight schedule. While the work was generally completed on time and some problems were corrected promptly, there could have been better communication which would have made this a much better experience.

I’d rate Ace a ‘5’ — I’ve gone from my stomach dropping every time it rains to not even thinking about it. So thankful I finally found a roofing company who followed up and made sure the repairs were done - and done well. Phil spent an incredible amount of time researching my roof and making sure the quote was accurate and fair. They came to repair when scheduled and completed the work ahead of the time promised. And I haven’t seen a sign of a leak. Ace was the fourth roofer I had contracted in five years. Couldn’t be happier and I’d recommend them and Phil in a heartbeat!

Have only good things to say about Ace Pro Roofing. Repairs were timely, thorough, and efficiently done. Sales rep and workers professional and neat.
