"Lyons Contracting replaced my roof in January 2024. They were immediately responsive when first contacted, and completed the roofing work quickly. However, during their work they identified that the fascia board in the back needed to be replaced, and the rear gutters rehung or replaced. I have tried several times since January 2024 to have them complete that work, but they have been unresponsive. It's a shame. I am pleased with the roofing work and would have hired them for more work, but they won't return my phone calls."

"Lyons Contracting did an excellent job on my roof replacement. The company did my neighbor's roof and she recommended them. Tom was very responsive to my request for a proposal for a roof replacement. He came to my house the day after I called him to discuss what I wanted and what should be done. He quickly generated a proposal and cost estimate. When we accepted, we decided we wanted some additional work and Tom very quickly provided a revised cost estimate. The work was scheduled to begin two days after signing the contract. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and went straight to work. Throughout the workday, they answered any questions we had. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Tom and the company were very professional throughout the entire process. He never tried to up sell any materials or unnecessary services. I can't commend him and the crew enough. I highly recommend them."

"I've known Tom Petrilli, Lyons' owner, for many years. He completely replaced our roof 20 years and idid a very neat and professional lob. A small leak occurred several years later having to do with a complicated piece of flashing around a skylight. He completely tore off the problem area, repaired it at no charge, and even expressed regret that the problem happened! We had a separate problem occur last year which had nothing to do with Tom's work, but he did another thorough repair of that as well and helped me avoid some serious possible water leakage damage to our living room ceiling. In short, Tom is the best!!"
