⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After the severe wind and hail storm that hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast on June 8–10, 2025, I learned that my roof had sustained storm damage. Garroway Travers with Roof Squad came out and performed a thorough inspection, explained what he found, and answered every question I had throughout the process. What impressed me most was that there was never any pressure. Garroway took the time to walk me through the inspection findings and helped me understand the next steps. Roof Squad worked with me throughout the claim process and helped document the storm damage so I could provide the information my insurance company needed. I was recently approved by my insurance company for a full roof replacement and have already received the first payment installment. The new roof looks outstanding, and the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you live in Diamondhead, Kiln, Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Gulfport, Long Beach, or anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I highly recommend having your roof inspected after the June storm. Many signs of storm damage are not visible from the ground. Thank you to Garroway Travers and the entire Roof Squad team for their professionalism, communication, and quality work. Roof Squad replaced my Roof and Fortified it to IBHS standards. They were professional and easy to work with from Inspection, Estimates and to the actual Installation. Everything was done in a timely manner and worry free. They worked with me on a special OC Strom Class 4 shingle with a unique shingle color (TEAK) and contrasting OC Hip/Ridge shingle color (Brownwood). It turned out great!!! Very professional. Excellent service. Quality Workmanship.

We recently had a roof installed by Roof Squad. Garroway Travers was the one that took care of everything. From beginning to end he was so kind, fast in response, answered any questions, and walked us through the entire process making everything super easy for us. Everything went seamlessly from the first phone call to completion of our roof. I was on vacation during my install but he kept in contact to let me know how things were going which I greatly appreciated. We had such a great experience with Garroway and will highly recommend him and Roof Squad to friends and family in the future! We love our new roof ♥️

Garroway Travers, Roof Squad, was in our neighborhood and upon his visual inspection of my roof, made contact with me. He presented me with a packet of info, and said he could see a lot of visible damage that required a more detailed inspection. After looking into his company, as well as other companies that had left cards on my door, I felt that Roof Squad was the right fit for me. A complete roof inspection was done, and I saw the photos for myself that showed a lot of damage. It was determined to be a result of wind/ hail. At that point, I contacted my home insurance company. Garroway was my contact person throughout the whole process. He was always available - either in person, phone or text. He is a real asset to Roof Squad. I am happy with the quality of work that was done, and having a new roof is one less thing that I have to worry about. The one photo is the old roof. The other two are my new roof.

I cannot say enough great things about Garroway Travers and the team at Roof Squad. From the very beginning, Garroway guided me through the entire insurance claim process for my roof replacement, making what could have been a stressful experience simple and straightforward. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions, ensuring I understood every step along the way. The Roof Squad installation crew was equally outstanding. They were extremely professional, courteous, hardworking, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the work with exceptional attention to detail, and left the property spotless when the job was finished. The quality of their workmanship was evident from start to finish. Garroway and his crew exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my new roof
