One service you might want to add is to offer a report of what was done, things that could be done to improve things going forward...like \"tree branches should be trimmed back at least 3 feet from the roof line\"....as an example.  Offer some feedback on the condition of the gutters.  You could benefit your business by doing that.  You could also offer a quarterly maintenance program at a discounted price.  I paid over $400, but you could say that for $1200 annually, billed at $100 per month, you would come out 4 times a year.
