"Had 4-5 different pool techs in a 6 month period. Sometimes they would come on Saturday (when we use the pool), so useless. Service department is incompetent and I had to fix my lights myself because they couldn't figure out how. Final service they totally unbalanced and saturated the pool resulting in weeks of white residue. Worst pool service provider I've ever had or heard of."

"I did not have repair work done on my pool. However, I do use the weekly pool cleaning service. I am pretty disappointed in the pool cleaning service. On the first trip, the person spilled chemicals on my lawn and killed a 3ftx4ft spot. They did come out to repair it by replacing the burned grass with turf. Unfortunately with our drought, it hasn't grown back. There was a miscommunication with the tasks performed at my level of service. I believe I was told that on the first tier of service they emptied pool cleaner nets and skimmers. They don't. They just adjust chemicals. Also, the pool guy left the pool timer doors open. We haven't had rain so nothing was shorted out or any damage done. It was just lack of detail. For the nearly $200/month, I think I'll add my own chemicals since I'm already cleaning the other items."

They spent about 10 to 20 minutes cleaning. The issue was addressed later on. There were 1 or 2 times when the cleaning was skipped. That was not a good experience. I do not know if there was a shortage of cleaners or if they were struggling with something. I stayed patient with them."

"While the communication with Jill in the office has been excellent, the work is not finished since the contractors have messed up. According to Integrity Pools the work is completed - they said pool was ready for me to use for the July 4th weekend. However, when I checked it, there was a ton of sand on the steps of the pool and the floor (from not getting brushed well enough) and a dirt stain on the steps from not keeping it clean. And this is after their guy had just finished his service. The feeder pipe and vacuum connection have disappeared and so I have to manually feed the pool until they figure out what happened. The jet eye balls installed have a bigger opening than what I had originally. So the circulation is not as good. My hope is that integrity pools will resolve all my issues that their contractor has messed up. But until that happens, I will not recommend them to anyone I care for."

"The tile work had to be redone 3 times, the woman who was supposed to help through the remodel was rude, unresponsive and blamed me the customer for their lack of coordination with the remodel team, she was then fired and the new person who took the account has been nicer but there still remains open items to be resolved months after the project started. "We are in week 17 of what was supposed to be a 3-4 week project. Things have been done incorrectly, incompletely and very sloppily. Communication is horrendous. Messages are not relayed internally and communication with me is rarely done without my initiation and even then it is inaccurate and incomplete. Requests to have managers speak with me go unfulfilled and texts messages to them repeatedly go unanswered. Managers make empty promises and their assurances that things will improve have no basis in reality. Things do not get better. Often, subs will show up and ask me what the issues actually are. They are not briefed adequately and occasionally show up unprepared for the work that needs to be done. My requests to work with management on more efficient solutions also go unanswered. It is painfully obvious to me that despite their claims to the contrary, they care very little about the job being done and not at all about customer service or satisfaction. There are a couple of field supervisors and subs who truly care about the job being done, but it is also clear that they do not get the required support from management and it often leaves them in untenable positions. They make assurances that management does not allow them to fulfill. After 17 weeks, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in how the management at Integrity has ignored their responsibilities to the customer in service, communication, support and commitment."

"The repair work went fine. It was all the time leading up to the repair that was frustrating. Understand that it's hard right now to get replacement equipment for pools...it wasn't the time it took. It was the complete lack of communication on what was going on. Also, when someone did finally come out to our home to inspect for the issue (which was already identified by the cleaning team two months prior) he left because our dogs were in the backyard. There is someone at our home all day every day, all he had to do was knock on the door and we would have brought the dogs inside. Instead, he just left and we had to reschedule the appointment. After the problem was identified for the second time my husband was told my the tech that he would go check to see if the part was available and give us a call to update on ETA for the repair...a week later I had to call in to find out the part was on order with no estimated time of arrival so the repair could be completed. We are understandable people, all we ask is to be updated/followed up with so we know what is going on."

"I was charged $125 to come out and fix a “leak” on the tightening seal of my DE filter. It was leaking there after they cleaned my filter. The tech that fixed the leak said that whoever Integrity had clean the filter must have got some DE around the seal and it wouldn’t seal tight. The only other thing the tech did was reset my led board on my control panel which I could have done myself in 2-3 minutes. I should have not been charged for something the the filter cleaning caused."

"I am very satisfied with the service of the pool technician, Phillip. I am not satisfied with the pool cleaner, Chris’ service. He did not reattach the pool cleaner to the hose so that it would stay in place. After he left, the cleaner portion became detached from the hose which connects it to the pool. The pool cleaner was repaired by Integrity and left in my driveway outside the pool. It stayed there for another week, until Chris returned to install it to the cleaner hose, that was placed on the deck, waiting for reattachment. I, generally, am not satisfied with my pool cleaning service. If the cleaner is not going to work, my pool will remain with debris and discoloration."
