I give them that only because he was on time and polite.\n\nI would NOT use this company.\n\nI had a leak in the kitchen sink. He took a quick look and said I need a new faucet. He didn't take it apart of look to see if it was a washer, a hose etc. Said cheaper to replace. So I took his word for it. Now I know why. For the $$$.\n\nWe were told  that we can get a new faucet and they would install it, or they could get one for us.\nWhen I asked the price, it was $870 for them to get the faucet and install it, or $310 if we get the faucet. $560 to go pick up a faucet that retails for about $150. So a $400+ markup to get it.\n\nI said we'd go to Lowe's and get one, as it's 2.7 miles. Was then told they will not warranty anything except the work for 90 days, unless we use one of their vendors such as Ace Plumbing. Then he wanted me to pay a deposit for when they will come back so I would only have to pay half of another service fee on top of the installation fee. That is ridiculous as pay another fee for you to come out and do work.\n\nThat was the end.\n\nSo I paid the $99 service for 5 minutes of his time, and used a new company for less and better service.
