Grayson did an outstanding job helping me with an electrical issue in my home. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the repair efficiently while making sure everything was safe and working properly. My complete engagement with Bill Frusco Plumbing was excellent. From my first call to the completion of the work the communication was great. Terrific responsiveness and consistent updates. The craftsmanship of the work was also excellent. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I will be recommending them to others. Wish I could give a 6th star.

Super easy and friendly to work with. Katie in the office was very communicative and always got back to me. I called a few companies and this was by far the easiest to work with. Shoutout to John for installing the water heater quickly and gave me all the info I needed. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing heating and air conditioning! I called them for an emergency repair. They came out quickly and it didn't break the bank. They have great communication and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be a regular customer!

Danny was knowledgeable about AC unit and fast resolution. He knew how to fix the problem right away and gave us good recommendation for unit cleaning for next time. Very pleasant guy and we had short good family vacation sharing experience since we're both from diff countries. Good customer service! I highly recommend him , Thank you Danny, now I am worry free and will have peace of mind in next few days at 100F temp.
