"M.E. Flow installed a new A/C Unit and Furnace in my home. The salesman was very knowledgeable about all of the products they carry and he was able to quickly determine which products best suited the size of our home and which add-ons might be beneficial. When the installers came, they were respectful of the house, wore plastic booties, and kept the install area clean and ready for state inspection after they left. I was very satisfied with the work M.E. Flow did and their continuing support as needed with annual checkups."

"ME Flow does a nice job overall. This last appointment was due to an AC unit not working. The tech that came out was clearly focused on the money portion of the invoice. He would say - I think it is this and for me to check it then it is $200. We went round and round while he eliminated options. It does not seem right that I am a loyal customer, purchased my ac from ME FLOW, and have consistently used the twice a year plan. Yet, the tech shows up and seems concerned about making sure he bills every last dollar instead of fixing the broken ac."

FLOW, MARK JERNIGAN, FOUND THIS PART AND REPLACED IT AND THEREFORE MY SYSTEM STARTED WORKING THE WAY IT SHOULD. HE WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY REPAIR PERSON THAT NOTICED THIS AND FIXED IT. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I HAD A HVAC SYSTEM PUT IN WITH A DEFECTIVE PART IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THAT IT WOULD NOT BE NOTICED FOR 7 SEVEN YEARS IS ANOTHER RED FLAG. I KEPT HAVING PROBLEMS DURING THOSE YEARS AND REPAIRMEN CAME OUT AND DID SEVERAL REPAIRS WHICH I PAID LABOR FOR AND NEVER WAS IT NOTICED THAT A DEFECTIVE PART IN THE SYSTEM EXISTED. I REALLY NEED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER BECAUSE I BELIEVE I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED IN SOME WAY FOR PUTTING UP WITH A BAD SYSTEM FOR 7 YEARS."
