Heating & air conditioning & Plumbing superb!! Kyle Dennis, Sr Tech knows how to work on & fix Mitsubishi HVAC Air Conditioner. Finally found a knowledgeable Technician!!

Kyle Dennis w/ Falcon 👍

We’ve had no AC in our Master bedroom
This has gone on & off for two years. Kyle found the water leak.
The rust and water staining visible inside the branch box are consistent with water having dripped onto and “in” the control electronics. He found out why it was malfunctioning.
They are a Diamond Contractor.

We’ve had many …many companies try to fix our Mitsubishi but nobody opened the control box.
This looks like a repairable system—not something that automatically justifies replacing the entire Mitsubishi system.

Two days prior another company assessed and said 30K for a new HVAC this one is not working. I pointed to the leak and yes he patched it but had no desire to find the source.

Kyle is extremely efficient, educated and knowledgeable about HVAC. After comparing 8 quotes, Falcon's scope was the most complete with a competitive price: permits, 3-year labor warranty, new flue piping, gas supply, return box, wrapped line set, and a surge protector. Experience was also very important to me and I was very pleased to learn that Falcon allows two lead technicians to be assigned to a job whereas I was told that other companies limit it to one. That gave me a lot of confidence for the installation.

Installation went very smoothly. Tay and Charlie arrived around 8:30 with equipment arriving at 9:00 and wrapped up around 4:00. Tay gave me a rundown of everything that was being done before they started and was very patient to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the day. He was also kind enough to re-test my system’s static pressure at the end of the day after opening a partially closed damper at my request, just to reassure me. His ductwork and attention to detail are absolutely phenomenal. He even secured my condensate drain line to ensure the system is draining properly. My old unit looked like it was thrown in and connected with bare minimum effort compared to the job done by Tay. Tay took the time to make all connections super clean and even cleaned under the unit as shown in the images attached.

Charlie was the other lead technician on my install, and just like Tay, he was extremely friendly and answered all my questions with patience. He also let me sit in on his installation of the outdoor unit and educated me on what he was doing. He made sure the outdoor pad was level before setting down the unit and even showed me when he pressurized the lines and pulled a vacuum to 50 microns on the line set (well below the standard 500), ensuring the install was done properly and won’t experience issues.

I have full confidence that my equipment was installed to the highest standards by Tay and Charlie. My only critique is that my designer didn't mention that without a W2 wire I can't run the furnace on stage 1 for extended periods to take full advantage of stage 1 during mild cold weather which was a selling point of 2 stage heating that I liked. I wish he had offered a new thermostat wire as an option in my quote so I could have chosen it at install instead of paying for a return visit, but it’s a small nuisance. They responded promptly, took the time to understand the issue, clearly explained what might be possible given the timing, and did a great job managing expectations. They placed us on their emergency list and were able to schedule a visit first thing Monday morning.

The technician arrived promptly, inspected the system, clearly explained what was causing the problem, and provided an estimate before doing any work. Once we approved the repair, he addressed the issue efficiently and got our AC back up and running. It turned out to be a clogged condensate outlet.

We really appreciated Falcon’s responsiveness, clear communication, professionalism, and willingness to help us during an uncomfortable situation. Excellent experience overall, and we would definitely recommend Falcon HVAC for both emergency service and regular HVAC needs.
"Saurabh Tayade","https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/108967941335191655426/reviews","https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjUJrVPTe5G04U0qyyII9YLS5XtR3viRJZgokD6vUSIoLRU4qUg7jw=s128-c0x00000000-cc-rp-mo","a month ago","2026-08-31T19:04:23.895587173Z",1977]
