Marlin did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to check everything carefully rather than rushing through it. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure the system was running properly before he left. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. It’s always reassuring to have someone who is both competent and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quality of his service and would definitely recommend him.

I’ve come to rely on Otto and the team at On Time. He arrived early as requested, worked efficiently and cleanly, and was friendly throughout the visit. During my maintenance service, he not only handled himself professionally but also identified a potential issue before it became a bigger problem. He recommended installing a UV light in the plenum to help eliminate moisture, spores, and bacteria after spotting a small area of organic growth beginning to form. It wasn’t inexpensive, but the member discount made a noticeable difference. After two years as a customer, I continue to be impressed by the standard Otto and the company maintain. As an aside, he helped me wrangle 2 black birds which had somehow gotten inside the house and were creating chaos. 🐦‍⬛ Extra credit.

Recently used On Time Experts service for my HVAC maintenance. Person Jvon was amazing. He didn’t rushed and rather spend really good time to inspect everything professionally. He also cleans all the required parts thoroughly. Very polite and professional, my 5 year old boy made him friend and accompanied him everywhere to learn and help 🤣. All in all, great service and great price
