We are so incredibly grateful for Milestone! Everyone treated us with respect and kindness, and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done and how they were going to approach it all. We really appreciated Kai coming out to our house to give us a second opinion on a quote we received from a different company. It was his knowledge and genuine care for our situation that made us choose to go with Milestone instead of the initial company. He even worked with our reconstruction team in person to find the best course of action on how to make a repair being as minimally evasive as possible to our kitchen island. Noah and his team did an amazing job replacing our panel and fixing our kitchen island electricity. His team finished the job a few hours ahead of schedule, though we were grateful that they warned us ahead of time that it could potentially be a long work day as it allowed us to plan ahead. Everyone we came into contact with seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. We thank them for their hard work, and it means a lot that they treated us like people rather than projects.

So I found out from encore that my meter needed to be replaced. Imagine that I thought it was something in the city handled so I was freaking out. I had my regular Electrician start the work found out from the city that I needed to be a licensed master electrician. I didn’t know who to call my husband mentioned Miles Son electric so we called them and let me tell you they put my mind at ease. It wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be in my head, and the technician went above and That I understood the process and help me feel better. They are scheduled to do the work tomorrow so I will keep you posted but so far so good.!!!!

We had Trey come out to install several new electrical outlets in our home. A couple of the installations were more challenging because we wanted outlets hidden behind a picture frame TV and another mounted above our fireplace mantel for a wall-mounted TV. Trey did an outstanding job. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire project. We’re extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

Had Milestone help with the plumbing and electrical work needed for a back-up generator and replacement of old load centers. Big job and they did outstanding work. Very good communications every step of the way. Technicians that take great pride in their work, enjoy what they do and have no problem explaining as they go. Shout out to Logan, Randall, Jeremy, Abram, Jonathan, Shan, Ryan, Robert, Jeff and Shanna. It was a pleasure working with all of you. Milestone will probably not be the cheapest quote you may receive, but based on my experience with them, they will be well worth the price.

Milestone to the Rescue! Once again, Milestone was available to come to our aid for air conditioner repair. I was home alone this afternoon, and noticed that it began to feel uncomfortably warm. I checked the thermostat and saw that it said it was cooling but I could not hear the air conditioner. The recently repaired compressor was working but the unit in the attic was silent. I immediately called Milestone, and they told me that a technician would be onsite within a few hours. Devor showed up and diagnosed the problem within minutes. A failed motor. Devor was able to locate a replacement motor, drove over to pick it up, and returned within a few hours to effect the repair. Not only did he replace the burned out motor, he also pointed out the likely reason for the motor failure, and suggested ways to improve that as well. This is my second experience with Milestone within a few months, and I can tell you that consistency appears to be a hallmark of their service. They show up when they said they would (and when others cannot ), and they performed their work in a professional manner. There are no surprise “extra” costs - they told us exactly what the repairs would cost, and they stuck by their estimate. It is so refreshing in a world of so many “fly-by-night” repairmen, to have a company like Milestone, that you can trust with your largest investment - your home. I unequivocally endorse Milestone for any A/C and Electrical work, and from what I gather from a nearby neighbor, their Plumbing division is equally trustworthy. Thank you Devor, for your professionalism, and thank you Milestone, for your quick response and for sending Devor our way.
