I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicholas from Green Mango for pest control services, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he prioritized excellent customer service. Nicholas was not only thorough in his approach but also extremely courteous throughout the entire process. Additionally, Nicholas handled both the indoor and outdoor spraying with great care and professionalism. It was reassuring to know that every corner of my home was being attended to, ensuring maximum effectiveness. If you're looking for pest control services, I highly recommend Nicholas from Green Mango. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Me and my family have used several companies in the past so far green mango Has lived up to our expectations. Our technician Adrian does a phenomenal job keeping our property pest free. He’s very knowledgeable and is always able to answer any questions we have. He always inquires at the beginning of the service about how everything‘s been going and does a great job of respecting our property. I definitely recommend Adrian as a technician and green mango as a company.

Called in hopes of finding a company that could service us and was pretty disappointed with the customer service coordination. I went with Green Mango because the service representative, Melanie, said she could get us in 8-12pm to then call at 11:45am asking when we would have someone, to then being told that my appointment is scheduled 12-4pm. The second representative and I spoke that I could do 3-4pm and specifically asked for those hours and if it was feasible since we won’t be home after 4pm. I just got off my third call asking what time they would arrive since it’s 3:30pm, to then be told that I was scheduled 3-5pm- most likely looking as a 4-5pm window. Each time I called, I was answered by not an automated service, but a person….and am so unclear as to how hard it is for representatives to schedule or communicate correctly. All in all, Green Mango needs better schedulers. Having the same issue 3 times is insane and inexcusable!

Been using them for years now, and always great service. We have bi-monthly service, and a week after our most recent one we noticed some ants in our bathroom. They came out the next day, sprayed, inspected the whole property and did some proactive spraying and prevention, at no extra charge. Keep it guys!

I had been a customer of Arizona Best pest control company before it was acquired by Green Mango. Since the transition, the service experience declined significantly. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel. One month after sending the cancellation notice I was billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers’ time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. Update: After posting this review, Green Mango asked me to contact them. However, I had already emailed and called multiple times regarding this issue before posting the review. My cancellation request was submitted on May 23, 2026, and I am still awaiting resolution of the disputed $46 balance charged on June 11 and account cancelled.
