Given how little time he spent on the property, I have serious concerns about whether the remaining stations were actually inspected at all. I also received no service report or documentation afterward.\n\nUnfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had concerns about this. Last year, I became suspicious that a different technician, Dan, had similarly rushed through the service. The same empty promise continued on Tuesday. When I finally forced a new appointment for Wednesday (8 a.m.–1 p.m.), no technician showed up. When I called, the company said the technician was not answering his phone. It was the same technician—Mike—who simply ignored the appointment.\nIt is clear that after I complained about him failing to do the job, he decided to retaliate by skipping the follow-up visit, and A1 Exterminators allowed this unprofessional and vindictive behavior to continue. A company that protects a technician who does not perform the work, then lets him ignore a scheduled return visit as punishment for a customer complaint, has serious problems with accountability and customer care.\nFour years of good service were erased by one technician’s negligence and the company’s refusal to correct it. I expected basic professionalism and follow-through.
