Our house looks amazing after the Painting job. The Carpenter built us a new garage door and it is fabulous. The team of painters couldn’t have been more pleasant. It was fun to be inside hearing the laughing going on outside. It seemed like they really enjoyed working together. Our requests were always listened to and they were flexible.

Sound Painting Solutions was fantastic to work with for our indoor painting project. They were super responsive, got us booked quickly, and offered a very reasonable cost. I was beyond impressed with their attention to detail, and the finished work gave our apartment such a great refresh. I’ll definitely use them again!

The whole team was great, from Robin and the initial estimate, to setting up the dates with Kirsta, to James, Christian and the painting team. While there were a couple of communication hiccups, we worked through them to everyone's satisfaction. The estimate was around the same as I had received from other companies. When doing the walk through and finding a few spots that needed a little more work, there wasn't any hesitation about getting that taken care of. My house looks infinitely better than it did, and several neighbors have mentioned how great it looks. I would absolutely use Sound Painting Solutions again and can highly recommend.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen and avoid the hefty expense of a remodel. SPS was highly rated for their services and deserving of all the praise. Each person who came to work at our home was terrific I will hire them again.

UPDATE: After I raised concerns regarding cleanup and touch-up work, the owner and Alejandro came back out and addressed the problem areas. I genuinely appreciate that they listened, took the time to revisit the work, and make corrections. I am very happy with how everything looks now. I am choosing to leave my original rating because the overall experience still matters. While I love the colors and final transformation of my home, the process itself was difficult at times — including rooms being painted the wrong colors despite documentation, scheduling frustrations, and cleanup/touch-up concerns that created stress during a large home project. I also want to recognize the positives: Robin David was wonderful during the estimating process and truly understood the vision I was trying to create. The carpentry team was timely and professional, and I appreciate that the company ultimately stood behind their work and made things right. Overall, I love the colors I chose and the transformation of the space. My interaction with sales estimator Robin David was wonderful — he understood the vision I was going for, listened well, and genuinely got me excited to move forward with the project. The millwork/carpentry portion was also timely, professional, and well done. Unfortunately, the painting experience felt mismanaged. The crew often arrived later than scheduled, and multiple rooms were painted the wrong colors despite detailed documentation being submitted in advance and reviewed onsite. Correcting these mistakes created delays and a rushed feeling to the remainder of the project, and attention to detail suffered as a result. Cleanup and touchup work were disappointing, with areas that did not feel consistent with a professional finish. After receiving a follow-up from a co-owner asking how they could help, I sent photos and asked if these items could be corrected, but have not yet received a response. While I truly love the overall look and color choices, the execution and follow-through did not match the experience I expected.
