"Lo and behold, it's the night before our big paint job --two good size bedrooms not painted in 20 years and new steps on our exterior deck. I email the painter and ask what time might we expect him to arrive the next morning ? We are anxious since we are having some new bedroom furniture delivered in 3 days. At 9:30 PM we receive an email from the painter: " I'm still away on my trip to South America; some problems have arisen and I won't be able to do the paint job until 10 days from now." We panic ! What to do now ? The next morning, we decide to try to call another paint company on the off chance that they might be able to do an "emergency "paint job for us. We call Zampiello Paint Contractors and ask if they might be able to help us out of a bind. After a slight hesitation, a polite gentleman says that he will have to see the job first and juggle the schedule if it can be done. He arrives 2 hours later and measures and estimates the work to be done. We receive an email estimate in the early afternoon. Yes, Zampiello Paint Contractors will be able to do the work the next day ! Wow, we are so relieved. The next day a crew of four arrive in the morning to get the work done.The crew has a "can do", energetic attitude and they are able to complete the work in one day. The work is professionally done,all clean,neat and tidy. The crew was quiet and mannerly. It was a pleasure to have them here. Zampiello Paint has a "can do " attitude and the work was excellently done."

"I highly recommend Zampiello Paint Contractors. I asked them to power wash my home's vinyl siding, bricks, concrete patio, and brick front walk. The job was done excellently. The north facing vinyl siding had a green coating that was totally removed without removing the sheen of the siding. Gutters likewise had the same result. The bricks and concrete were renewed to their original finish and color. The pricing is fair and the job was completed within four hours. Great Job."

"For me, it’s a stressful experience to find a company with whom you contract to work on your home. I study reviews, and ask neighbors. Both my neighbors and the reviews led me to Zampiello Paint. I submitted a request online and the very personable Dori, the owner, called me to talk about what I needed, and to schedule Scott, the sales rep, to come over. Scott was on time, thorough, very nice, pointed out rotted wood I hadn’t noticed, and sent me the estimate/contract within hours. Ruffino and his hard working, polite crew arrived on time, and did everything on the list, and did it well. The clean up was thorough, too. Pablo, a supervisor, stopped over to see how everything was going. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. The price for a lot of exterior work, and some interior work (painting, drywall repair, wood repair) was quite reasonable. I no longer have any stress when it comes to who I’d work with regarding painting, wood replacement, power washing. For me, it’s Zampiello’s."

"Loved working with Dorian, who was very patient and gave good illustrations on what was to be painted based on renditions on our deck. Loved working with Pablo as well. Disliked the lack of professionalism of the 1st crew who worked on painting the wood rails and stairs. 1) They were to arrive at 8 to 8:30am, but did not show up until 10am. They should have called to tell us this. (They said they had to paint a door for a lady and when they arrived she was still in bed, so it took longer than they thought. Like I said, a call to say they were running late because they scheduled someone before us would have been appreciated.) 2) I was not home when they arrived. I called my husband who was at home to see how it was going. “They have drop cloths on the deck to prevent paint getting on the deck, do they not?” My husband said, “NO!” Who paints without a drop cloth? My husband asked them to stop until they had the drop cloths and they did, but why did he have to ask? 3) When they were done we both looked it over and I was almost in tears. It was a horrible job. I really think this crew have never painted before. I pointed out how sloppy it was and they tried and did do a little cleanup. Pablo came to the rescue and spent a great deal of time trying to make things right, which we truly appreciated. The stress it caused seeing what the 1st crew did is why I would never recommend your company to anyone. The next crew arrived late, and did not call either to give us the heads up that they were running an hour late, but they did a good job painting and touching up. The 2nd crew knew what they were doing; the first crew did not! Thank goodness for the hero of the day: Pablo."

Pablo arrived with Geronimo's crew and we went over the repairs and painting that would be done. Pablo was very helpful with explaining everything and was great in determining what actually needed to be repaired so that I wasn't having things repaired that weren't needing it. Geronimo and his crew went to work work and did a wonderful job repairing and painting the wood trim and windows of my house. Both Diego's and Geronimo's cleaned up completely after they were finished, to the point that it didn't seem like anyone had even been there. Overall it was a wonderful experience, with an honest assessment of what needed to be done to my house at a reasonable price."

"From request for and estimate to the final result, everything went smoothly. Knowing that it is a very busy time for Zampiello, they did a great job of setting expectations about how long it would be to get an estimate scheduled and that depending on the size of the job and the weather, we could have to wait until Spring. The estimator arrived on time on the scheduled date and we took the time to talk through the required work and he made some helpful suggestions. (This was an exterior painting job). The job was not too big, crew availability and the weather was in our favor. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on time. Zampiello was able to match the HOA required front door color. We are pleased with the quality or work performed and with the final result."

And - due to unexpected weather conditions - they were able to schedule our service for the next day! Dorian communicated the name and anticipated arrival time of our tech, Juan. The job including washing our home’s siding/trim, as well as our front walkway and concrete steps. The work was completed within the specified timeframe. Our house, steps and walkway are now Spring clean! They even accommodated a special request: to wash the front bay window trim and siding of our adjoining neighbors townhome (a neighbor who graciously mows our lawn). We received an invoice and mailed a check for full payment next business day (no deposit was required)."

"Zampiello was recommended to us by our handyman, Steve Lacy Home Repairs. Steve said that they are the only ones he recommends, without hesitation, for drywall repair. He warned us that Zampiello stays very busy but assured us that they were worth waiting for. Scott, Dori, Alberto and Luis all worked with us to address drywall issues after a moisutre problem necessitated that our ceiling air ducts be replaced in two rooms. Scott provided an estimate for the necessary work and offered helpful suggestions re: color and exactly how much of the area needed to be painted/repainted. "From the initial estimate to the completion of the project Zampiello Paint was professional, organized, and communicated effectively. The project required two steps. First pressure washing my deck and then returning to stain the new decking to match the old decking. Dealing with spring showers Dori Zampiello kept me informed regarding the work schedule for both phases. When the scope of the work needed to be reviewed and adjusted, he was immediately on the phone with me addressing the changes. He listened and made sure I understood every aspect and was happy about how they would proceed. Juan was the individual who did the actual pressure washing and staining. The deck staining was best accomplished by spraying rather than rolling. Knowing I was concerned about the spray getting onto the surrounding brick and the concrete, Juan took extra care covering and taping the area beforehand. During the staining he frequently consulted with me to be sure he was achieving the color and coverage I wanted. Juan did an outstanding job, and I am very pleased with the results."
