"I called All-American Painting Plus and Rex came by for the estimate the next day. We talked about the scope of work and he provided some ideas and good information regarding what would be required to complete the work. Received the estimate via email and corresponded with Rex discussing potential options. He was communicative and knowledgeable throughout. Ultimately we decided to have our shutters painted and 14 feet of soffit and fascia repaired on the back of our home. The estimate was fair and the work competed in the time for which it was scheduled. After I received the estimate I informed Rex we had some shutter clips we would like installed as well. Rex had the crew install our replacement shutter clips at no additional cost. Orlando, the foreman on the job, was just great as well. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and the guys did a great job all around. Additionally, the estimate was for two coats of paint on our shutters but Orlando came back on a Saturday to apply a third because he felt the depth of the color was not representative enough of our choice. We constantly get compliments on the color we chose but it is also the quality of work and time spent that made a difference in appearance. In a world where everyone seems to do just enough to be compensated All-American truly went above and beyond the scope of work to ensure that it was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed."

In order to meet my needs, two paint crews were assigned to paint two coats throughout the first floor. "They had to come out twice to take out something that was noticeable when they completed the job the first time. They also installed a storm door in the back of my home and it worked for three weeks and now it is not locking anymore. I'm not sure why it is occurring."

"Brian has been working for me for over ten years, so it's not like he's new to me, and that's why I use him—he's always provided me with excellent service. On this particular project, they did interior painting. In the past I've used them for exterior painting as well. They get an A+. I recommend them all the time."

"Brian was excellent. His team did a great job. They did outside painting and a little inside—mostly outside. It was a pretty substantial job, because it was a four-story townhouse. He had two sides plus a roof area to do. Brian did a wonderful job, and then there was maybe two rooms or three rooms inside that we had him do as well. I would grade the overall experience A+. They showed up on time. They got it done in three days and then were gone."

"I had a generally positive experience with them. They did really good custom work for something that I was putting together. I thought they were very engaging. I thought that they took the time to listen to what I wanted. I think they gave me options. I think they augmented with some creativity and some ways I hadn't thought about before, and I think they were very friendly to deal with. For the work I had done, I think the price was reasonable. Those were all the pros. The negative thing is they actually put the—it was a hanging that went on the wall, and it was actually heavier than the hanging materials that they provided, so I almost broke the thing when I tried to hang it up. They also fitted the hanging upside down, so I would have had to hang my article upside down. I had to remove that and come up with a solution on my own in that way. Other than that, it was generally a positive experience working with them. I would grade them B."
