"Very friendly and very good communication. We had paint work both inside and outside the house. Outside was done very well. Inside the paint didn't adequately cover the wall. The surface was painted, but the deeper spots in the texture didn't have any paint in many places. When we have painted ourselves we always use two coats. We were told that they don't find it necessary, but they came back and touched up the areas that were missed. We went back after and painted another coat ourselves."
