Helix Moving and Storage

I cannot recommend Helix Moving enough! From start to finish, they made a stressful day so much easier. Mia, the sales rep, was fantastic to work with. Right before the move, my apartment dropped a last-minute bombshell that we might not be able to reserve the elevator. I was stressed, but Mia was so helpful and immediately got us an updated quote to reflect the change so we knew exactly what to expect. On moving day, Fabricio, Elby, and Bryan were an absolute dream team. They arrived right on time and gave us a 30-minute heads-up before they pulled up. They were super flexible and understanding of our situation, and they honestly went above and beyond to get everything moved. They were incredibly careful with our stuff, professional, and very courteous. Plus, they were fast—they finished well within the estimated time. I also really appreciated that they were completely upfront about additional costs (like the TV wrapping) so there were no surprises at the end. If you want a moving company that is efficient, honest, and genuinely helpful, hire these guys.

We used Helix to move from Fairfax, VA into a 3 bedroom apt in NYC for my husband's job. The building only gave us a short elevator window and Paul and 3 other guys worked quickly and had the whole apartment moved in right on schedule. They wrapped everything carefully, right down to the smaller stuff. The guys were polite & professional the whole time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

We had a FULL truck with 4 guys helping us. They were exceptionally careful with our belongings and the floors and walls. They even suggested and helped me tape cardboard to some corners in the house where it might be tight for larger pieces. They took apart and put together some furniture as well. It seems like they will do whatever you need! Don’t plan on moving any time soon again but I would totally use them again and highly recommend. Price was great and the had all that materials so there was no hidden fee like some of the other companies my wife was looking into.

Fabricio, Axel, Marcus, and Miguel were fabulous. They helped me execute a local move seamlessly. They were expert packers and incredibly hard workers, very polite and, they were fun to be with. Everything was transported safely and it was well worth the cost.

Paul and Omar were amazing! They have been so kind and willing since the beginning. They worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was handled with care. We were so lucky to have had their help during our move! I definitely recommend Helix and especially Paul and Omar!
