I climbed up to check for myself and found the clog was simply sediment that had washed off the roof shingles. After scooping it out and rinsing with a hose, the gutters drained fine. The replacement product may well be good, but in my case the diagnosis didn't match the actual (and very fixable) problem. Most noticeably, areas of the siding had not been cleaned over the back yard window visible from the patio and back yard, a prominent spot. I called them to come back and do that portion of the work again to finish the job properly. I had to call a second time. Then last week I got a notice that the crew was on their way. They did not arrive. The job still remains unfinished.
