I’m extremely pleased with the tree removal, trimming and pruning work performed by Rob, Seth, and Will the three-person crew assigned to my house by the company, SavATree. They worked efficiently and professionally as a team, taking great care to shape numerous Gambel Oaks** **properly while keeping the surrounding area clean and protected. They efficiently and carefully removed two large aged declining Ash trees and several Gamble Oaks as part of a fire abatement program for the city of Colorado Springs. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. The trees look healthier, neater, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this crew/campany to anyone looking for quality tree removal, trimming and pruning services!

I bought a house with a large tree that has not been cared for in a long time. They took care of it for me at a reasonable price, and they were in time and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

The crew arrived first thing and went immediately to work; some preparation of the site was required. We were pleased by the careful planning to ensure that there was no damage to surrounding bushes and trees, in addition to carefully avoiding the houses. We were pleased with the speed of the job and the courtesy of the crew. We now have an enhanced view and a location for a replacement bush.

Jim Beyer came for a complimentary consultation and did a fantastic job looking at each of our 20 trees, educating us on dealing with any potential issues and advising of available services without any pressure. He loves his job and with 40 years experience was exceptionally knowledgeable, not to mention -a joy to get to know. Highly recommend.

The arborist seemed nice, however he misdiagnosed the insect infestation that was happening to our tree (confirmed by 2 other arborists we've had out since SavATree came out). They rescheduled the treatment for our tree 3 times due to weather/wind before finally coming out and treating the trees. Each time they rescheduled, there was over a week before they rescheduled - meaning we went 6 weeks from consult to treatment. When you called to ask about ETA the only answer they can say is "it's not in the next 2 days." Within 3 weeks of treatment our infestation was back (they never told us this would need multiple/ongoing treatments) so we decided to call another company. We had originally paid for lawn service as well as the insect infestation treatment with them, but after all the rescheduling we cancelled the lawn treatments. We had to call and ask for a refund 4 separate times and still never received a refund and had to dispute the charges with our bank. Big things to note: 1- You can only pay for annual subscriptions with them and not one time treatments. 2- Their customer service people are basically useless unless you are scheduling a free consult.
