It’s over 100 degrees in Phoenix and our AC stopped working mid‑day — absolutely miserable when you work from home.\n\nMatthew came out quickly, went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and had our unit running again in about an hour. He was polite, engaging, and showed us clear photos of everything he found. He walked me through the options, repeated things when I wanted my partner to weigh in, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. Then he fixed it and showed us photos of the completed repair as well.\n\nImportantly, as a female homeowner, I really appreciate when repair professionals don’t talk down to me — and Matthew never did. He treated me like an informed decision‑maker, which matters.\n\nTotal time from when we called Ideal when our AC was working again was just a bit over 2 hrs!\n\nOverall, a great experience. Highly recommend. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout our entire appointment. She took the time to explain our options clearly and never made us feel pressured. Her honesty and genuine concern for helping us make the best decision really stood out. She is an outstanding representative for your company, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. Thank you, Nixa!\n\nBrian was absolutely outstanding to work with! From the very beginning, he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping our family find the best solution rather than simply making a sale.\n\nNot only was he able to secure us an excellent discounted price on our new air conditioning system, but he also arranged for our installation to be completed on Monday. Knowing we would be facing an Arizona weekend without air conditioning, he went above and beyond by loaning us two portable AC units to keep us comfortable until the new system is installed.\n\nThat level of customer service is rare these days. Brian’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. We are truly grateful for everything he did and highly recommend asking for Brian if you’re in the market for a new AC system.
