"Based on our heating bills and measuring wall temps before & after I do not believe the foam used by USI is as insulative as polyurethane foam . Also the patching of the holes used for install was done poorly so that the plugs are not flush with extg siding."

"Our initial conversations went well and they responded quickly. The day of installation, the crew was very professional. We are not completely satisfied since they did not return in winter to check the success of their installation. Our calls have either been ignored or we were given many scheduling excuses as to why they haven’t returned."
