I called them to come back and do that portion of the work again to finish the job properly. I had to call a second time. Then last week I got a notice that the crew was on their way. They did not arrive. The job still remains unfinished. Was told the gutters were “very clogged” and they have been cleared. How is that possible when the corrugated pipe head was burred 6 inches under the grass. This is what I thought I paid for, I couldn’t locate the head to the corrugated pipe. Once I found the issue I cleared the clog which was about 2 feet of soil backed up. Was told by customer service that they do not clear corrugated pipes. What a racket….
