"When we first had this installed it was fine. We had to have it removed (at a charge) for a roofing project which did not happen as the roofer went out of business, so we had the gutter guard reinstalled (at a charge). The installer left a mess and we found lots of nails which were left by the installers. When the roof installation was booked we had to have the gutter guard removed again then reinstalled after the roof was installed. Since then the NE corner drips whenever it rains so we asked for someone to come and take care of it. We were told that there would be a $60 charge for them to take a look. We declined (we had been, in our opinion) good customers and were extremely disappointed that there would be a charge just to look when in fact it must not have been reinstalled properly the last time or it would not be dripping. It still drips!"
