Had a very competent and helpful sales agent, Jonah, come out and walk me through what was needed to fix my gutters and rotted fascia boards. Got a very competitive quote and the quality far surpassed what was expected. There was a team of 2 guys that took their time and did an excellent job installing. The experience of the individuals I worked with , both sales and install was very evident through all phases of the project. In conclusion, I was able to get the project done the day after we decided to move forward with their quote. While not the cheapest option out there, they added the most value for what you get. Seamless gutters rather than countless joints and potential leak points. Fast and responsive throughout. Will continue to do work through Jonah and leaf filter for as long as it’s available.

BUYER BEWARE. I would NEVER recommend LeafFilter. We paid $7,020 for LeafFilter after specifically explaining that our problem was leaves entering our gutter/drainage system and causing backups. We were told their system would solve the problem. What LeafFilter failed to properly address was that our home has scupper boxes with side entrances. They installed VersaMax on the scupper boxes but left all six side entrances completely unprotected, allowing leaves and debris to continue entering the drainage system. We subsequently suffered major water intrusion and $8,504 in estimated interior damage. LeafFilter’s own inspection documented debris at all six scuppers and confirmed that the drainage system flowed properly after the debris was removed. They also discovered that an entire section of LeafFilter had been missed during the original installation. Their response? Blame our roof and refuse to pay ONE DOLLAR of our damage or refund the $7,020 system. We had our roof professionally inspected shortly before LeafFilter was installed and were told it was in good standing. Even more telling, after the scuppers were cleaned, we experienced extremely heavy rainfall for two straight days without a single drop of water entering our home. We met personally with LeafFilter management and gave them every opportunity to resolve this. Instead, we encountered a disorganized process, inconsistent explanations, finger-pointing between departments, and a refusal to take responsibility. The most disturbing part of this experience is that LeafFilter now argues that protecting the side scupper entrances was “not in the contract.” If their system could not fully protect our unique drainage configuration, that should have been identified and clearly disclosed BEFORE they took $7,020 from us—not after our home was damaged. We purchased this system to solve a specific problem. It does not solve that problem for our home, yet LeafFilter will neither cover our damage nor refund our money. Our experience with this company has been absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering LeafFilter to understand EXACTLY what their system will and will not protect before signing anything. Get every representation in writing.

Great experience getting gutters installed from Leaf Filter , scheduled and then got a call a crew was free , so install was two days early and the crew was finished in about 90 minutes. Totally satisfied with the job .
