Got a assessment set up via their Costco partnership. Had Steve come out and do an inspection today - he was very forthright and transparent. Told me clearly that, due to the unique build of my home, leafguard wasn't going to be a good fit; they weren't going to be able to address the areas of major concern for me. This kind of transparency and honesty is what all service businesses should aspire to. I appreciate that the tech's honesty; instead of chasing his commission, he put my needs as a potential client first. While it didn't work out for me as a solution, I would recommend this business to others - you don't run the risk of shady business practices with these folks.

Bobby was our Sales Representative, who came out to our home, did a thorough inspection, took photos, and drew up a rough diagram and measurements. He did a great job explaining the process, high quality materials that Leafguard provides. He took the time to answer all of our questions and provide the best quote possible. We greatly appreciated his straight-forward and no pressure approach, giving us all the information we needed and time to make the most informed decision on our gutter system needs. Thank you!

Our salesman Gerry was very sure he was selling top installation, but our crew with JJ came out and their performance was much like the other reviews I read, debris left all over,scrap metal thet were going to blow into our grass until we stopped them and gave the a broom and vacuum. Screws left all around the house. They did come back the next day,however. My husband discovered a piece of gutter cut incorrectly,it was short,and rain will run down behind the siding on both ends. They knew they left it short,and when asked they said that's the best they can do.I reached out to my salesman, he is the one who took pictures and told us the cost. I don't believe he knew the job well enough to know we needed a siding guy to make adjustments for them, so now we have this boatload of rain getting behind the siding, and Leaf guard won't do anything about it. They don't do siding! They will not compensate us either for their mistake,and ignorance. I know ours is not the first house they have seen with this same set up, but apparently the sales people aren't trained in their job,and we got handed the bill! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR LEAFGAURD INSTALL!

While the system wasn't in our budget at this exact moment, we were so impressed that we would have purchased it on the spot if we could have.
