He removed my sprinkler sensor and never reinstalled it. 3. Missing the valley guard.\nI think my real issue is when I got home I immediately call the guy who sold me on the gutters. His response, yeah that is bad I will text you the service number. Really?? I called the service number and waited about 15 minutes for someone to answer. The gentleman took all my info and I haven't heard from them since. Probably you might think this is not a big deal but I paid good money for this. I just want service!\n\nUpdate: Well here we are a 2 weeks later and still no response. I even texted my sales rep and he isn't responding. They also only put one holder on several of my downspouts. I am down grating their rating to \"0\" but I can't. So disappointed! Not worth the money.\n\nUpdate: The service team finally got ahold of me. The fixed all the issue to my satisfaction.
