Leaf filter gutter guards are awesome! I talked to an Agent Dean and he walked the property and addressed concerns he had about potential areas that could be damaged from the clogged gutters. I had foundation erosion due to clogged gutters. The agent Dan came by early and finished the job. He was a very cool fella. Over all my experience was extremely amazing and I’m glad I have the peace of mind of not having to worry about my gutters. They even fixed issues that Fisher Homes didn’t complete during our home being built. Now I can’t take photos of the clean gutters because I don’t have a ladder but I’ll show you how BAD they were before. Again this is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Steve and Neil, the dream duo, came to our house in the morning and completed the job by 4:00 PM. They were courteous, professional, and meticulous throughout the gutter installation process. Steve also explained in detail what they had done and why. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations.

The salesman came to my home with the intention of selling me all new gutters and that’s not what I needed. Just a portion needs the facia replaced and gutters reattached. He kept telling me “we’re a huge company” and “I only make $12 to come out here”. Then quoted me a somewhat reasonable price to do the work I needed, but only if I agreed to it right then. Well I still have more estimates so I wasn’t going to do that. So he wrote me an estimate that was for a month and nearly $800 more than the estimate he gave me if I would agree to it “right now”. Because of him, I will not use these people or this company.

LeafFilter was very prompt and quick to install my new gutters. They came out for an estimate the day after I contacted them and installed them three days later. The two installers were professional, good problem solvers, and cleaned up well when they finished. The gutters and downspouts look good and will hopefully hold up well. The sales agent, Dean, was very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain and show the different types of gutters. My one wish would be rhat the pricing would be more straightforward. At times it felt like we were haggling over the price of a used car. I was happy to see that the price was reduced considerably from the first price he mentioned, but why do we have to haggle over pricing? I don't know if I got a good deal or not. In my opinion, pricing should be more straightforward.

Leaf Filter did an excellent job. The whole process was a stress free experience from the estimate to the final completion. Two very competent installers worked well to complete the job just as promised. Old gutters were removed and new gutters with gutter filters were installed. A lifetime transferable warranty was included. I am just sorry I didn’t do this sooner.
