DPA installed door ordered through Costco. Door itself installed fine. Issue is with the new door opener. Original installer either broke the inside wall control on installation or installed a broken box. The button opens the door but the LCD is non-functional so you cannot access any menu options. Which is a problem because the opener is configured to automatically close the door 1 minute after opening. This cannot be configured through the app, it has to be done via the control box. Auto close makes working in or around the garage or driveway incredibly annoying. Take the garbage can out to the street and the door can close before you get back to the house. Called DPA after install, they send a tech out who decided the box was broken but did they did not have a replacement. Was told I would be contacted soon to schedule replacement. Two weeks later I called them and was told they had no boxes in stock and I would be called when they had one available. 6 weeks later I called again and was again told they did not have any boxes available. So they haven't installed any garage door openers for 2 months? My wife is about ready to rip the entire thing out of the garage. The lack of care on installation and the poor customer service means I cannot recommend DPA.

Recently had my garage door replaced by this company- my door was a unique size and they did an excellent job. The installation ETA was accurate- approximately 6 weeks from date of contract signing: quick installation just under 3 hours including an electrical issue (on my end), very respectful installer. Matt was very polite during the consultation and had great communication. They ensured I fully understood how to set up the code / app etc. Highly recommend this company!

Was Having a problem w my garage door & sensor. Called Door Pro for service and they came about a week later to fix. The service guy was great! Soo nice and really took the time to fix the sensor and replace and repair broken parts! Very efficient & works great now! Very happy w my service! Thank you!

Very easy to deal with, always returned my emails regarding any product or pricing issues. Price of garage doors & installation prices were extremely competitive & couldn’t be matched by 2 other companies that I received quotes from. The install date was even earlier than expected, & the installer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, & did an awesome job. I would highly recommend DoorPro America & glad that Costco used them to install the garage doors.

Bought my two LiftMaster garage door openers through Costco. The process was super easy. Door Pro America contacted me right away and scheduled a salesman to come to my garage to give me the estimate. Their price was super good (I compared prices with other installers). There was also a 15% Costco gift card in addition to their low price. Next the installation, done very efficiently and clean work site when finished. My only complaint was they did not take the time to show me how to install the app on my phone and how to use the camera function on the door opener. The installer told me it was easy to do, using the QR code provided to me. Side note, not so easy for me, I have yet to install the app on my phone so am not using the camera function. Overall I am very happy with Door Pro America because I am happy with the LiftMasters they installed.
