I would give zero stars if I could! I DO NOT recommend this company...USE ANYONE ELSE. Tech Adam came out and I immediately got bad vibes (I should've listened to my gut)!! He kept trying to upsale me when I simply asked for an ESTIMATE. Started taking things apart without my permission and when I said NO he tried to get me to give him money for his time when all I asked for was an ESTIMATE!!! I felt very uncomfortable and haggled by this guy I agreed to have springs changed out. Needless to say I felt something wasn't right with the work & had a friend come out to inspect. Adam DID NOT lubricate the springs not did he torque the springs properly to adhere to my garage door weight! When I called the company back they had him call and basically call me a liar! That he did his job correctly rather than trying to fix the situation. I am BEYOND upset & highly regret using this company's service. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The technician, Michael, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly so I could understand what had happened to my spring and the door opener. I was in need of a new motor and replacement of bent panels. I received estimates for both and saw that they were slightly cheaper than another place I called. Technician showed up on time and was awesome explaining everything. Once he was done, he walked me through everything and left the place with no trace of trash. I would definitely go with Horizon again in the future. I was surprised with the 5% credit card fee but they offer so many other payment options.

I paid over $1000 for them to fix my garage door and I got a ten year warranty and less than 6 months later the door broke again with the same problem and they want me to pay another $400 to fix it. When I explained it was the same problem they blamed me for taking their recommendation. Inexperienced and poor customer service. Avoid them at all costs!

Excellent work. Quick, respectful and informative. They came within a few hours and fixed my garage door by replacing the springs. The technician was polite and explained everything. He gave me options and I felt comfortable with my purchase. It was expensive, however, with how convenient he made it, I pulled the trigger and made the purchase. Thank you!

"The salesperson and the people's workmanship has been outstanding! They are true to their word and prices are great. Excellent salesman! They excel in their promises and their craftsmanship is great! The workers are great. They repaired my garage while we were waiting for the rest of the pieces to come from them manufacturer, so my garage was feasible. Everyone provided exceptional service. Starting from the salesman, whoever came out to do the on-site inspection, and the workers who came, were knowledgeable. I even checked around to see who would be the best on prices. These guys were exceptional! They had my garage up and running in no time. They did a repair while we were waiting for the other parts to come, so I had a temporary fix until there was a permeant fix. My home was a brand-new home built this year. The company who put in the garage door made my door too short. Horizon Garage Door was able to make the garage different to accommodate my larger vehicles. They were even able to help and recommend expanding the height of it to accompany my vehicles and not hit my garage. They were exceptional. I have used other companies. They did very, very well. Also, even though I paid in full, it's a no hassle payment!"

"He showed up on time. He was courteous. I recall him suggesting some other things, but it wasn't anything that needed to be done right away, so I didn't feel like I was being gouged, and I definitely will use them again. That's not an issue. I'd give them an A. He even pointed out some issues with the way the original installers had replaced garage doors, where they made some mistakes, so I think he knows what he's doing—at least the technician they sent here did."
