Precision Garage Door Service

⭐️ One Star I would not recommend Precision Garage Door Service based on my experience. The issue with my garage door was a warped panel caused by an impact from my car. During the service visit, I was upsold on several things I had not asked for, including new springs, a garage door motor tune-up, a strut bar, and new rollers. The initial quote was close to $2,200. We eventually agreed A slightly lower price after removing a few recommendations. The technician Scott King, repeatedly explained why he felt these services were necessary and eventually convinced me that the recommended work would resolve the problem. The work itself was completed in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, there were workmanship issues with the strut bar, including missing screws, cross threaded screws and the bar not being level. Later that same day, I had another garage door company come out. Their technician was able to take the door apart, restore it, and fix the actual problem without the additional work Precision had recommended. I also called two other local companies afterward to get an idea of what they would have charged for the repairs I received. Based on those conversations, Precision’s price was roughly twice what I was quoted elsewhere. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to the additional services. There are plenty of reputable local garage door companies that are responsive and will return your call quickly. In my experience, Precision Garage Door Service was significantly more expensive than the alternatives, and the additional work I was sold was not necessary to fix my problem.

Wonderful experience! Chris took the measurements, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the garage door options that were perfect for us. Kevin installed the door perfectly; completely effortless on our side. He removed all the old door parts and left everything clean, providing truly immaculate service. Highly recommend!

Summary: Needed a garage door replacement. This company did a fabulous job. Highly recommended. My current garage door was failing after (I believe) ~34 years. Rather than do a costly repair, I decided on a full replacement from Precision Door. The Order process was easy, door was available exactly when promised, and installation was quick, thorough, and expertly completed. Communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. Shout out to my 2 installers, Amin Guzman and Kevin Lopez. They did a fabulous job. Recommended without hesitation!

The team at Precision Garage Doors is wonderful to work with. We worked with Winfield on the sales piece. He was alway prompt and honest in communication and made this transaction seamless. The price was very reasonable when compared to competitors. Also, Craig was the installer and was very punctual, thorough, and took exceptional pride in his work. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service with reasonable pricing. We'll definitely reach out for any needs in the future. Thank you so much Precision.

We had a very easy process with Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door was not working, so we requested an estimate. I was able to make my appointment online for the very next day and then confirm via text message. Phillip Joiner was our service technician; he arrived in the confirmed time window, gave us multiple quote/estimate options, was friendly, understood our needs, and worked with our budget. The job was completed immediately and in a timely manner. Thanks and shoutout to Phillip for his help!
