Hunt Manager” But you don’t know that the fee they quote you is a fee with the 10% already  included in the discount. So most businesses will quote you a fee, show you the actual price or a cash discounted rate. Honest billing would have been to quote me a fee that was 10% higher and show me the 10% off fee.  This then makes you think their quote is lower than the competitor. To be honest, they should say” discounted rate is included in the final quote” I thought I would get 10% cash discount for the fee they quote me. That would have been @$1300 off my @ 13,000 project. Just… very misleading no matter how you look at it!\nNot sure I can recommend.
