"In my review of companies to do my flooring jobs, I saw where Northside was recommended by a lot of people because they seemed to be honest, down to earth as well as deliver a "complete" job. For my initial flooring job they were exactly that and did a fine job. Since they did a good job on my first project, I thought they would do the same on my second project. This is where I became confused, I thought Northside delivered "turn key" results on their jobs as was done on my first project. (My first project was to take up and remove and take away carpet from two rooms and replace with vinyl flooring). My second project was to install carpeting over engineered hardwood in a short hallway. All went well until the installer was finished installing the carpet and I observed that the doors that opened into the hallway would no longer open due to the height of the installed carpet. I mentioned this to the installer and he said he did not do anything to insure that the doors opened properly. I asked if there was anyone coming to finish the job and trim the doors so that they would open properly, and he said "we do not do that type of work". At this point I was completely confused and disappointed since I was under the impression that this was to be a "turn key" operation. I contacted the salesperson that handled my project and he said that the company does not do that kind of work, but he knew someone that could trim the doors for a cost of $175. I told him that was not acceptable and that I would handle it myself. This is why I may or may not (depending on the type of job) recommend Northside."

"Northside did some follow-up work work due to some broken LVP boards on initial install. Was out of warranty but Cindy and Daniel made it happen and very happily took care of the issue and made sure it won't happen again. Not once did anyone mentione the word "warranty". They just did the right thing and took care of the customer. I always love companies in business for the long haul.....Northside is one of those. Thank you for the great follow-up and service!! In a nutshell, I highly recommend."
