We appreciate the excellent service and support of Root Electric Services in recently replacing a ceiling light fixture in our master bedroom closet back in early July 2026. Alex quickly and expertly performed the replacement. His professional expertise and courtesy was superb. We have lived in Woodbridge Va over 20 years and have always used Root Electric. They have never let us down. Root Electric Services is the best! David M

I had two outdoor outlets that no longer worked. Technician arrived exactly on time, finished the installation of new hardware quickly, and the price came in a little lower than the estimate. We Well absolutely use Root Electric again.

Had an in-unit power outage caused by incorrect wiring done by another company. Root Electric was super responsive, got someone out in 1 hour, and then resolved the issue within 30 mins. Their team was communicative, prompt, friendly, and explained everything as they worked. Will definitely go back to Root in the future.

We just had Root Electric install our Tesla Wall Connector at our home here in Stafford and I honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything felt smooth and professional. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and made sure the installation was clean and done right. You can tell they take pride in their work. The charger looks great on the wall and works perfectly. It is so nice waking up every morning with a full charge. What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. No stress, no surprises, just solid work and good communication the entire time. If you are thinking about installing a Tesla charger at home, I would absolutely recommend Root Electric. Great experience all around.

We needed a new electrical line in the basement for a dryer. Root completed the job on budget and faster than we planned. They were responsive and our electrician Alex was great. He explained what he was doing, finished up, cleaned up and was super professional.
